Our team created Independence Housing Group to help seniors age in place and live in comfort in the home that they love. With over 40 years experience in the housing and mortgage industry, Independence Housing Group combines it's strengths and creative processes to help those seniors in need. We have experience with new home construction, home improvement and mortgage services. Independence Housing Group does not provide end financing and does not facilitate Reverse Mortgages, we work with lenders throughout the country.
